Frequently Asked Questions
What do I get when I join the course?
You'll have a full year's access to all sixteen videos, plus three downloadable PDFs to support your practice offline: a guide to practices for the follicular phase of your cycle, one for the luteal phase, and a collection of fertility-specific affirmations.
How long will I have access to the course?
You will have access to the course for 1 year. Your subscription won’t renew automatically after that.
Do you offer refunds?
As this is a digital course with immediate access to all content, I'm not able to offer refunds once a purchase has been made. If you have any questions about whether this course is right for you before joining, please do get in touch - I'm happy to help you decide.
Do I need any yoga experience?
Not at all. The practices are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Most sessions are done on the floor, but they can also be adapted - you can use a chair, or even do them in bed on days when that's what you need.
What equipment do I need?
Very little. A blanket or two is the main thing. A couple of cushions or a bolster can also be helpful, but you don't need to go out and buy anything special to get started.
How often should I practise?
Ideally, a little every day - consistency is where the real shift happens. You might do one short video at a time, or a few back-to-back depending on how much time and energy you have. There's no pressure; the course is designed to fit around your life.
Do I need to follow the sessions in order?
The sessions are arranged in a logical sequence, and I'd suggest going through them in order the first time to get a feel for the full arc of the course. Taken as a whole, the practices trace a single journey: from the thinking mind, through the open heart, to the body's most tender and creative place. After that, you're free to pick and choose whichever practices feel most supportive on any given day.
Can I practise these sequences during IVF?
Yes, fertility yoga is highly supportive during IVF to manage stress and improve circulation. However, during the stimulation phase, choose more restorative or breathing practices and avoid twists and all poses that put pressure on the belly. Always consult with your doctor before beginning a new physical practice.
Is this suitable if I have PCOS, endometriosis, or another diagnosed condition?
The practices in this course are gentle and broadly suitable for everyone, including women with diagnosed conditions. That said, every body and every situation is different. If you have any concerns, I'd always recommend checking with your doctor or specialist before beginning - and listening to your body throughout.
Can I practise if I've experienced pregnancy loss?
If you are coming to this course carrying the weight of loss, you are very welcome here. The practices are gentle, private and entirely self-paced - there is no pressure to show up in any particular way or to be further along than you are.
Is this only for women, or can partners participate too?
The course is designed with women in mind - the practices speak directly to the female body and the emotional landscape of the fertility journey. That said, the practices can be done by all, and a partner who is curious is welcome to explore them. If you are navigating this journey together, know that this course is designed to support you - and that support ripples outward.
What if I become pregnant while doing the course?
First of all, wonderful news. The gentle, restorative nature of most practices in this course means they are suitable to continue in early pregnancy. Lying on the belly is something to avoid in later months. Checking with your midwife or doctor is always a good idea. You might want to choose to transition to a pregnancy-specific yoga practice when the time feels right.
Is yoga a proven treatment for fertility issues?
Yoga is not a medical treatment and it cannot guarantee a pregnancy. No fertility treatment, including IVF, can make that promise.
Yoga offers a holistic approach to your overall health and wellbeing. A regular practice can improve circulation, support hormonal balance, reduce stress and help you feel more at home in your body. These are not small things on a fertility journey - stress alone is known to affect conception, and the research on mind-body approaches is genuinely encouraging.
Yoga cannot promise outcomes. What it can do is support you - physically, emotionally and mentally - as you navigate one of life's most tender paths.
How is this different from a regular yoga class?
In a regular yoga class, the focus is on movement, strength, flexibility and general wellbeing. Fertility yoga goes deeper and in a specific direction.
Every practice in this course is designed with one intention: to support your body and mind on the path to conception. The movements target the pelvis and the heart - areas that carry particular significance on the fertility journey. The breathwork, meditations and self-massage practices are chosen to nourish your connection to your body, calm your nervous system and support your reproductive health specifically.
There is also something else that makes this course different from a class setting: it is entirely private and entirely your own. You practise in your own time, in your own space, at whatever pace feels right. There are no other students, no performance, no need to explain where you are in your journey. Just you and your practice.
