Hello, I'm Veselka - a yoga teacher, a mum of two, and someone who grew up knowing that the path to parenthood isn't always straightforward.
It took my parents six years to conceive me. That story has a happy ending, but it is still a story of medical procedures and pain, anxiety, desperation and lack of proper support. That history shaped me, and it's a big part of why I'm drawn to teach fertility yoga.
I've been practising and teaching yoga for many years, and I know that regular practice brings real, lasting benefits - stability, calm, strength, and both physical and mental balance. Yoga works because it addresses the whole person: the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions of being. Fertility yoga builds on that foundation, holding space for women and families on one of life's most tender journeys. It is a support system as this is a path that no one should walk on their own.
Over time, I've had the privilege of hearing women talk about what they actually need when practising fertility yoga. Three things come up again and again: autonomy, privacy, and emotional safety. The practices I teach are built around exactly those needs and they are designed to meet you where you are.
I studied Fertility Yoga with Françoise Freedman in 2023 and since then I have taught online groups and 1-2-1 classes.
You can find my group classes in Streatham, South London. My private classes are held both in person in my home studio and online.
I have taught yoga in different modalities since 2013. I'm a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, I practise Thai massage, and I'll be completing my Somatic Psychotherapy training in 2027. I love singing and walking in nature.
I'm so glad you're here.
